Simpatico class schedule starting Monday, May 1

Level I Strength Training- This class is designed for those of you who new to strength training, or those who may be coming back from a break from their strength work, from an injury, or for anyone who is looking for a less intense strength class.  Fundamentals of strength training will be introduced and practiced in a fun and highly supported way.  Kathleen will guide and challenge you while you gain strength, endurance, power, agility and the confidence that comes with being strong!  Understanding and execution of the skills learned in this class are a pre-requisite for attending the Level II class. (Max participants 10)


Level II Strength Training-  Students in this class understand and can execute the skills taught in Level I.  You are expected to have a strong working knowledge of proper strength training form and various modalities; you are committed to taking your training to the next level; you have a willingness to be challenged both physically and mentally in your training; and you enjoy the process of self-discovery that occurs along the way.  Kathleen designs the programming based on periodization cycles, making this a perfect class for the serious athlete.  Sports-specific strength will be gained, as well as power endurance and strength endurance, agility and confidence.  The standards are high, but Kathleen is committed to supporting and encouraging your growth every step of the way.  (Max Participants 10)


Level III Strength Training-  Not currently being offered.  This class will be available to those students who have met the challenges of Level II Strength Training.  


High Octane Nutrition- Athletes regularly push their bodies to the limits with strenuous training regimens that demand smart nutrition. This series of 90 min classes looks at the whole athlete and leads you through nutritional guidelines to answer the what, why and how needed to prime your athletic performance to reach your optimal potential!
